Beginning of total lunar eclipse, this morning.

The next total lunar eclipse is expected on 14 March 2025.

I wonder what kind of world we'll be living in then?

  1. There are lots of pictures popping up of the eclipse but for once I was sleeping and I wasn't about to interrupt that in order to get up to see it. Sleep is such a rare commodity it seems.
I'm afraid to watch the election results from my corner of the world in Canada so I can't even begin to imagine how it is for you.

    1. I didn't expect to see the eclipse but I couldn't sleep so I stepped outside for a moment that turned into an hour.

  2. I slept through it, and I am so mad at myself! I intended to set the alarm. Ah me.

    1. I was up all night. Ugh. Not planned. Despite deliberately avoiding all the media nonsense until races were actually being called, I think there was a certain amount of background stress in my mind.

  3. I think I caught a glimpse of it through the trees.

I have never been interested in politics, but now, it flat out terrifies me.

  4. Yesterday, today and tomorrow I'm taking a holiday from the news. Helps with the blood pressure. I voted too, having to remind myself that even if way outnumbered, my vote still counts. And because I voted, I get to complain. :-)

    1. I've avoided most of speculative nonsense, and just started checking on called races this afternoon. Still stressful. I think 2016 left permanent scars.
