Sweetfern, Comptonia peregrina, is neither sweet nor a fern, but is one of my favorite plants. It looks like something the dinosaurs would have walked through, and smells like all the warmest, spiciest, most magical aromas of imagination.
So far, so good!
Wow - lucky you have strong supports below that side roof - that snow must be pretty heavy.
Not exactly luck, but yes...this has not been a low-stress Winter in any sense of the word!
Slow and steady may win the race but it also keeps meltwater out of the cellar! (Fingers crossed)
Wow - you had a lot more snow this winter than we got. Good to see it disappearing.
Sending warm wishes your way. :) Tammy
I hate when I "go missing", because I miss so much...glad it slid off the roof, which means it's probably warming up there, just a bit. HOORAY for you - bad for me, as it means stinging bugs! Happy Tuesday/Almost April, my friend! XOXO
Things are most definitely getting warmer in your area!!!! Love the "time lapse". That was a ton of snow at the start. I've been away from internet but now I'm back!!!!!!
