recent marks made







 Something I've enjoyed and appreciated about twitter over the years, has been the constant stream of images from which to sketch. And the variety of subjects! Pebbles, flowers, the Northern Lights...always something.

      It's especially helpful late at night when I suddenly realize I haven't done any markmaking yet that day.

    You're a brave woman to tackle sketching/painting the northern lights. How I would love to recreate them in fabric for one of my landscapes but I don't think it's possible unless I can find a preprinted fabric. Would be fun though.

      I was struck by this particular photograph of the Northern Lights because the colors were so different from every other photograph I've seen :)
