I am still having a difficult time uploading images.
It takes ages, and sometimes, after waiting and waiting, the upload still fails to work.
But I'm going to try!
Here are the most recent Daily Markmaking efforts, #523 - 526.
Another goat-plucked stem of dame's rocket.
A plum, based on an illustration.
Another illustration-based sketch.
Some of my sketches are on heavy watercolor paper
in the form of postcards or folding cards.

This one is a folding card.

I hope all is well with you and yours, dear readers.
Things have been rather challenging here lately,
but the gardens are very slowly getting underway.
How about you?

I like the fruit sketches! I hope your challenges are eased - it seems to be a challenging month for many. June shouldn't be like that! May you and the goats be enjoying the sunny summer weather.
ReplyDeleteThank you - I am still surprised when the sketch looks like the subject :)
DeleteI like the fruit sketches too. Sorry to hear about your woes! Both computer and other. We've just finished a stretch of rain, but I'm hoping to get back into the garden today.
ReplyDeleteWe are having some rain today, but maybe it will force me to do some housework. It's way overdue!
DeleteLovely
ReplyDeleteI gave up on the seeds I sowed. Then the warm weather, and the lettuce, still in the plastic food container, decides to grow. I expect the summer will be like the lettuce, out looking for sun.
It's been so cold, hasn't it? It took 19 days for my cucumber seeds in peat pots to begin to germinate - I think that's a record! And still only 3 of 9 have appeared. I hope the others didn't rot while waiting for warm weather!
DeleteBeautiful!! Your art gets better all the time!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely thing to say - thank you so much, Carmen!
DeleteI’m in love with this drawing! Thanks for share with us.
